Our Commitment

Social, Economic & Environmental Impact

Metalmorphic Laser is a Sunshine Coast–based manufacturing partner committed to strengthening our local community, creating skilled local jobs and reducing our environmental footprint. As a growing small business, we see every project as an opportunity to create positive social, economic and environmental outcomes for the region.

Our Social & Economic Contribution

Sunshine Coast Business Awards - Finalists 2023 & 2024 (Manufacturing)

Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Metalmorphic Laser is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our team, visitors and contractors. We comply with relevant workplace health and safety legislation and maintain clear procedures for hazard identification, risk assessment and incident reporting.

All employees and apprentices receive appropriate inductions, job-specific training and personal protective equipment. Toolbox talks and informal check-ins are used to reinforce safe work practices and to encourage open communication about both physical safety and mental wellbeing.

Our Environmental Responsibility

Ethical Sourcing & Modern Slavery

Metalmorphic Laser supports ethical and lawful business practices. While we are a small business, we are aware of the potential for modern slavery risks in global supply chains. We expect our key suppliers to comply with applicable labour, health and safety and human rights laws.

If concerns are raised about unethical practices in our supply chain, we will investigate and, where appropriate, review or terminate supplier relationships.

Governance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Metalmorphic Laser operates with documented procedures covering safety, quality, apprenticeships, client communication and environmental practices. These are reviewed periodically to reflect changes in legislation, industry standards and lessons learned from completed projects.

We welcome feedback from clients, suppliers and team members and use it to continuously refine our processes. Our recognition as a Sunshine Coast Business Awards finalist in 2023 and 2024 reflects both our operational discipline and our ongoing commitment to improvement.

Each year we aim to track key indicators such as:

  • The number of apprentices and work experience students supported

  • The proportion of our spend with local suppliers

  • The volume of scrap metal recycled

This helps us stay accountable and identify new opportunities to increase our positive impact.

By embedding these principles into how we work, Metalmorphic Laser aims to deliver not only high-quality manufacturing outcomes, but also measurable benefits for our community, local economy and environment.
