This guide walks you through exactly what to expect when you send us an enquiry—from first contact to final pickup (or delivery).

📤 Step 1: Send Your File or Idea

We accept:

• DXF, AI, or vector files (preferred)

• Hand sketches with dimensions

• Photos or references with notes

Don’t have a ready-to-go file? No problem. We can convert or help create one for you.

✅ Include: material type, thickness, quantity, and any special instructions (e.g. folds, etched lines, finishing, etc.)

💬 Step 2: You’ll Hear From Us Fast

We’ll review your file and:

• Confirm we can cut it as-is

• Suggest adjustments if needed

• Send a fast quote (usually within 1 business day)

Need advice on materials or thickness? Just ask—we’ll guide you to the most cost-effective and practical option.

⚙️ Step 3: Cutting & Fabrication

Once approved, your job is scheduled and cut in-house using our:

• Flat bed fibre laser

• Tube laser

• CNC brake press (for folding, if required)

We cut mild steel, stainless, and aluminium—clean, accurate, and burr-free.

Most jobs are turned around in 1–3 business days, depending on size and complexity.

📦 Step 4: Pickup or Delivery

You can:

• Collect from our Kunda Park workshop

• Arrange local freight or courier

• Request grouped orders if part of a larger build

We’ll notify you as soon as your job is ready.

🔁 Step 5: Easy Reordering (If You Need More Later)

We save your files and job specs securely, so if you need:

“5 more brackets from Job #1183”
Or
“Repeat the same panel but in 3mm instead of 5mm”

…we’ve got it covered—no need to resend files or start from scratch.
